our great news
so back on Aug 4 we put on offer on a cute townhome that would be great for our growing family.. it was a short sale and we were told that it should be a fast one at that!! but on sept 23 we got word that the twonhome is ours.. we plan to close by oct 22 and we are sad to leave our great apartment and having family so close but we know its time for us to be on our own!! the townhome has 1801 sq feet 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a fun family room.. the back yard opens up to the common area and the basketball court so that will be fun and hopefully we can get both our cars in the garage.. i will post some pics soon..

woo hoo! it'll be so nice to be homeowners and have a place to call your own. and how awesome you were able to get a deal on a short sale, yipee! CONGRATS :-)
