This year was a fun one Kaden is understanding what Christmas is all about and has been excited about Jesus having a birthday he has wanted to give everything to him :) We got to see a live Nativity the kiddos loved all the animals. We did family parties and at one we sing happy birthday to Jesus and have a special cake for him. Kaden loved that! With Rob's family we celebrated early and had a feast and sang songs (the kids loved the one about the Nativity and The little drummer boy) We all got spoiled Kids with books and toys. and us with a rug to go under our table!! on Christmas morning we woke the kids up bright and early and let them open presents. Then we got to see grandma and grandpa Durfee and they spoiled us as well Kaden got a toy scooter and the girls with dolls and strollers (I later learn that the dolls sing when i was alone with the kids and WOW that was kindof scary.. but the kids laughed) and Rob and I got a date night!!! FREE babysitting and dinner and more.. we sadly missed our ward since the girls fell asleep right before we had to leave but that afternoon daddy sat us all down and told us the story of Jesus and what it means to us and Kaden actually knew what he was saying!!! He got so excited about telling us about it!! We then got to have a yummy dinner with family! What a great holiday season!!

Our sweet girls got a horrible cold that changed how both of them act. Like Kenz is my busy baby and always makeing noise of some sort, and when this cold hit it hit her harder then Kaylee and she has had to do breathing treatments and has wanted to just sit. then with Kay she she is the one who is glued to me and wants to do whatever im doing and she will usually just sit and relax, but not after this cold she is so busy she LOVES to run and have Kaden catch her, she has so much more to say, and she has gotten a lot more aggressive when it comes to what she wants! its been fun to see what these two are capable of, but sad to see them get sick and we havent been able to help them. now they are doing great and are both my busy babies!!



November

Novemeber was awesome!! Its one of my favorite months. we had my birthday which was ON Thanksgiving. That was fun my cute hubby and kiddos celebrated ALL week! We got to have daddy home more then usual which we all loved. then Kenzlee learned that if she pushed toys to things she could climb up. Kaden is LOVING preschool and has to ask why to everything even if we just told him why, and everything is in 2 minutes.

Girls turn one, new baby, and halloween

since our last update a lot of things have happened. first my babies turned ONE!!! they are so smart Kaylee is signing please and more and learned to walk by her birthday. Her favorite people are Rob and I and she loves to tackle her big brother and is ok with me dressing her up and putting bows on her but she likes to just be close with mommy and daddy. Kenzlee started walking at 11 months and she can say mom, dad, hi, grapa (grandpa), grama (grandma) and she is soo busy and loves to explore and make new friends her favorite people are daddy and grandmas and grandpas, and mom will do when no one else is around. She loves to talk to daddy on the phone (she even pretends and just says hi dada when hes not there) they are so different but love each other so much and they adore Kaden, But i dont think they know they are about to get another SISTER!!

Next new thing is we found out we are have a GIRL and Kaden has picked out her name (with help) her name will be

then we had Halloween and that was a blast seeing the kids do all the things we had planned! Kaden told us we was done trick-r-treating "because his feet hurt" he is the funniest kid!! the girls went to a few houses but then got to go to bed (which they wanted) Then Rob and I watched a "scary" wasnt that scary movie with his mom and dad!

The St. George Temple

We had a chance to take a short vacation this last weekend, it was a blast and we took the kids to see the temple and Kaden loved it! He also got to feed swans, shopping, swimming and lots of time with grandma and grandpa! It was a great weekend

Preschool

My oldest is ready to go.. He has been so excited for this day! Im sad to report I did cry! Kaden on the otherhand LOVED it!

SURPRISE

SURPRISE!!!! We are expecting our FOURTH child they should arrive sometime around March 15. We know that Heavenly Father must know that we can handle four kids before our oldest is even four (he turns four April 24) even though its kindof scary.. but we know we can do it with His help!

So the other day we got a shake and after Kaden ate his he was wanting Rob's and the girls were staring him down so Rob shared some and they couldnt get enough, all three of them were going crazy for more!!

We were able to get screening passes to see Smurfs before it comes out, and Kaden has been asking every preview to see it so we took out little stud!! (Thanks to my cousins Lizzy and Becca for watching our girls so we could do a "date" with Kaden) It was so much fun!! Kaden did great for his first 3D movie and as you can see he is a little stud!! We love our little man :) the movie was cute we all enjoyed it!!

Kaylee crawled over to a plate of jello cake and tried to eat it all.. Man I cannot look away for even a second.. Cause this is what happens!! Boy did she LOVE it though!!

So today we went to the AF City Steel Days Parade.. and it was so much fun we went with Justin and Whitney and their 2 cute kids. I saw some one I haven't really seen in like 10 years!!! The kids didnt like all the loud sirens but they still loved the marching bands and and the floats!

Balloons!!

So on the 4th we went to the Provo Balloon festival and we were directly under the AF Bank piggy balloon.. and Kaden didnt know what to think and we didnt get to see them fly off since they were grounded because they worried about the weather!! but it was still fun to go!! Happy Independence Day!!
