six months

so it has been forever since rob and i have blogged!! but our little guy is getting so big and hes just about about ready crawl and he wants to eat whatever mommy and daddy are eating!! he has started to let us know what he wants to be held.. and we have already had to start the no pacifer at night rule and wow that makes it not as easy but he is doing great and getting huge!! as of his 6 month dr check up he is 26 in and about 16 lbs and learning fast!! we just bought him this saucer that has so much to play with but on sunday it wasnt enough all he wanted was a paper plate!! he was happy to have that plate.. it was sooo cute!! we love our Kaden so much!!

our week

well we had some friends over to play some games! it was fun we got to talk and learn whats happening in everyones lives .. but today we gave Kaden his first real baby food it was carrots and he loved it he hates baby oatmeal as we have now found out, but has now had ice cream thanks to his great grandpa.. it was his 75th b-day and he was nice enough to share with my 4 month old son.. but kaden was so excited and he loved it!

sunday dinner

well Rob and I had the chance to have our own sunday dinner, so i made chicken cordon blu and stuffing with salad and we made homemade brazilian lemonaid.. which really has no lemons but its the best, and since rob served his misson in brazil he was so excited to have it.. and our little guy is getting so big i cant believe how fast he grows, we see a new born and cant believe that kade was once that size. he is now just over 3 months and it makes our day to have him grin and laugh about what is happening. he also always wants to sit up and see what happening around him and wants all of our attention.. which of course he already has because hes our little man!

our first blogging

Our little family started back April 21, 2007 and we had our first little boy April 24, 2008!! we didnt wait long to have a child because we knew it was time.. When i was pregnant with Kaden, our first boy, life was not any fun i was put on bedrest from morning sickness and was losing weight.. but my loving hubby took very good care of me. he has worked in many fields and is thinking about being a personal trainer.. so we will see here soon what he thinks of it!! i know he can do good at what he chooses and hes so great with our boy.. Kaden looks at Rob when he comes home and its so cute because he gives him that smile like im so happy to see you!! i also get that when i kiss him goodbye in the mornings!! we have the cutest little boy and he is so loved its so fun to watch him grow and learn!!
