sorry no pics for this post.. but I just wanted to share what we did for our date this last week! We wanted to do something different.. so I told Rob i will plan it lets just meet at your parents since they are nice enough to watch our children. Rob had been trying all day to find out what i had planned but I refused to tell him, he even gave the excuse i need to know what direction we are going so he could plan traffic and if needed to take the freeway or not. my responce was well you can use either its whatever you would like!! the plan was he should get off work at 5:30 and so he should get to his parents no later then 5:40 so i arranged to have our kids there by 5:15 because I couldnt be there when Rob got there. To my surprise i was getting in the car from dropping them off and Rob calls (at 5:15) and said hes on his way he got off early!! in panic mode i have him give me a play by play of where he is because i was sending him on a scavenger hunt to find me.. and he barely missed me at his parents.. so anyway he started off at his parents (so he could see the kids before our date) and his wonderful mom gave him a card and candlesticks and the card said something like I decided i wanted to play a game for our date, TAG your it come find me. clue one go to the HOME where we love to get movies (Jer is so nice to share movies with us to watch on our xbox360) Rob being smart knew right where to go and he calls me and is worried that he wouldn't have enoough gas for our game I let him know he had plenty. next he got spices and a note from Lisa that read something like oh darn you just missed me, i decided that my hair needed to be touched up go see the nearest cosmotalogist up the road (Alisha's house because she is great at doing hair) Lisa asked Rob do you know where to go he said yep! Alishas. Then at Alisha's she was downstairs doing hair like normal and so rob went down to her salon and he got tomato sause and another card that said something like shoot after my hair was done your best friend called so I went to his house (Justin's house) Alisha also asked do you know where to go and Rob said yep Justins then home.. Alisha was confused why he said home and Rob told her this will all end up at home (nope it wont and she knew it) so she told him to make sure to follow his clues. next at Justins Rob was worried because he wasn't home!!! so he called and said he didnt know where to go i told him where the clue was and said good luck.. there he got spaghetti noodles and a card that said i got bored so i went to the home of the people that raised me for 20 years (my parents) so there he walked in and there was a pot and another card that said i decided to get a workout and wish i had a stud who could spot me (my parents have a weight room in their basement) and my parents were in the room and he asked is she downstairs? and they said yep so he turned the car off and broght down all the stuff and we "went out to dinner" in my parents basement.. they have a mini kitchen down there so we cooked Robs favorite meal over candlelight and have a great time talking!! then we enjoyed a movie.. i asked once it was all over what he really thought and he said he was happy to find me because he loves me and it was a great night!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!
